the news blackout surrounding this means they are about to write some million dollar checks to the victim and the witnesses will all be getting 6 figure checks to sign non disclosure contracts to make it all go away

Its in the interest of the club, the Casino, the Raiders, the city of Las Vegas gaming and clubs, to see that this event gets buried. Kamara may have been in the wrong but all those listed want to make sure big money spending NFL players enjoy the "what happens in Vegas stays in Vegas".
