What are some of the worst opinions you’ve seen on here which became widespread?

I’ll start it off with “Jameis Winston is the future of the franchise”.
So many people on here desperately wanted Jameis to succeed and be the long-term replacement for Drew Brees. They basically ignored all of his red flags and ignored the mediocre career trajectory of Jameis while he was in Tampa. He never proved anything while he was there.
I think some people just so desperately wanted us to continue to have great QB play in the post-Drew Brees era that they tried to wish it into existence by saying it over and over again.

Trump won in 2020, straight lie and widespread

Nope. Not saying it wasn't overly optimistic, but as a former Jameis hopeful, we were optimistic the dude that could carve us (terrible defenses, yes) in Tampa, could come to Nola under St. Sean and he would make that raw talent shine.
Yeah, that shite didn't happen.
But it can't possibly be the worst. This place is a dumpster fire.

That Sean Payton didn’t have any bias against LSU players. It was so obvious.

Yup all the vote counters in the swing states just stopped in the middle of the night and Biden just magically took the lead the next morning.

I have said this before. I do think there is a reason behind this. Not necessarily a bias against lsu but bias against against local players. Adapting to the nfl life isn’t easy and he wanted to bring guys in to an environment away from their family, friends, and distractions to where they are focused on football and relied more on their teammates and build cohesiveness.

I remember the Winston times well. Not only was it widespread but the nastiness of their defense of him and badgering of anyone who dared speak out was next level. They were completely detached from the reality of a guy we saw play for 5 years in Tampa.
I can’t wait until camp because I think Haener has a good shot at beating him out. Never bought into the Jameis foolishness.

Payton straight up said this. It’s not conjecture
As far as Jamies, before the acl the team was rolling along. The offense wasn’t amazing but he was doing what he needed to do. If he doesn’t get hurt that team makes the playoffs. Never thought he was the future but thought he was a good bridge qb with a great defense. Injury derailed that.

I personally thought Winston’s ceiling was the floor. He’s not accurate.
FYI - I’m on record with that shite.

What an a-hole

Jameis was a budget option who had the potential to give us a reasonably-priced starter for a few years. He was fine in 2021 and got injured in 2022.

Remember when bellwether counties were a thing? Trump won 19 out of 20. Odd, but im sure its nothing.
Did you know that no incumbent President in American history has received more votes and lost re-election? Wait, whats that? People "voted against Trump"? Odd considering not only did increase his raw vote totals in places like NYC. Cali, etc, he also got a higher percentage of the vote than he did in 2016.
What this means for the dense is that Trump gained significantly in popularity from 2016 to 2020.
Biden finished 2nd to last in the Iowa caucus, which traditionally chooses the dem nominee and before SC, was out of money. Joe Biden is not more popular among blacks than Obama, but the 2020 votes say he is....im sure black folks would agree with that....and dont even get me started in the coordinated collusion between government agencies and big tech and the media regarding the obvioulsy real Hunter Biden laptop....
*and the illegal voting in Pennsylvania as ruled by the Supreme Court.
Trump won.

Nastiness in defense of Winston? I was never much of a Winston fan, bit I recall the insults levied towards him being far nastier and uglier than anything said in his defense.
