Luckily we are in the worst division in the NFL

No doubt we will clinch and have home field in round one if not a bye

Nobody is beating us at home in the playoffs and then it's anyones game if we travel round 2

Dallas doesn't stand a chance beating us twice in same season

Palmer out for year in AZ. Seattle will be traveling to our place

Only place that scares me is Green Bay. Everyone else doesn't stand a chance in the dome

You can only say use that excuse so much. They have lost all their games but the Dallas game by 9 points total. That's deflating.

But at least they are in every game. They just don't seem like they can win.

What's happening to our secondary is what makes me feel this team is screwed. Without Lewis, we have absolutely nobody back there.

Something that went missing in all the drama was Toon. Poor guy had a chance to make a play that would have spawned a million "Nick Toon Appreciation" threads and he just couldn't quite pull it off. Sort of his entire career in a nutshell.

Atlanta is only one game back of the division. We're not fine.

I agree we can still win this division, but i think you can kiss the bye goodbye with that loss. We arent winning out, which is probably what would be required for a bye

We were never getting a bye. It was nice to win a couple but we are what we are.

The division winner will be .500. Saints need one more road win, IMO.

Oh I totally agree we can win the division, but as a .500 team (plus or minus one game)

Thank you, Ronnie Lamarque.

I think it's patronizing and stupid from him to say that to anyone unfortunate enough to hear his banal ads. I think it's foolish of you to say that ("We will be fine") in that Brees could slip getting off Brittney (finally) or out of the tub and the Saints' season is over.

The 2014 Saints are who their record says they are: a mediocre team. They aren't going far, the question of home field playoff game hosting gets simple when a team has five losses after nine games. Especially THIS team which has been horrible on the road.

Playoffs?

Yep...we can't be beaten in the dome.

I agree, man. At the same time, this team is in every single game except the Dallas game. I think what it comes down to is that the Saints can't get pressure with the front four like last time and that really magnifies the weakness in the secondary.

What the hell has happened to Kenny Vaccaro?

I strongly disagree with this.

IF we make the playoffs, I'd say ANY of the other 5 teams that make the playoffs in the NFC would be favored against us, and would most-likely beat us.

I'm not scared of anybody at home. We fricked so much up yesterday and still could have won. Not saying its a moral victory but i like our chances as the season moves on.

Well I do really like that well-endowed black lady that sings in his ads.

She got moves.

Thinking we were going 8-0 was ridiculous seeing how we almost lost vs. TB.

We're beatable at home, but it is definitely hard and teams have to play an almost perfect offensive game or cause a lot of turnovers.

Now the catch is, what Baltimore and Cincy team appars the following two weeks?
