Cousins is old AF now so comparing his arm today is a horrible take

Cousins never had a great arm. He was always on time and accurate. His arm was always serviceable.

Shough makes throws cousins could never. Now shough is already 26 so we have to remind ourselves that he should be ahead of a normal rookie in overall play.

He has done some good things this year. As of now I think the saints will give him another chance to start next yr.

Sorry. Peeps keep saying that but it was two broken collar bones, both by running and they put some kinda shield on it the second time. 3rd was a broken leg when he was in the pocket and got rolled on.

That being said, Kirk Cousins always has a field day against the Saints and kills them.

I have sat in the dome on more than one occasion and watched him completely dominate us.

The comp that I see is pre-injury Carson Wentz. Before he tore his acl during the Eagles first Super Bowl run, he was the presumptive MVP.
Similar size, can make all the throws look easy, mobile and uses legs but on a tier or two below Lamar Jackson.

This guy woke up angry at the world. You OK bro?

If anything, he is a young Tom Brady. Let us see if he can execute like TB over years. That consistency and grind is what made TB the GOAT.

Lazy troll.

Ryan Tannehill is the comparison to make for a Shough ain’t it post. Both tall, fast, big armed QBs with college careers that don’t scream future nfl great.

Shough has a piss missile for an arm

Cousins never did.

Shough can also scramble.

Shough is a lot like the guy he used to backup, Justin Herbert, with lesser arm talent

Much more similar to him in terms of statute/build and running than Josh Allen (who may not be as fast straight line but is a much better runner)

Pretty good comparison. Even if Herberts last year at Oregon was insanely good Tylers last year at Louisville was not far behind. I think Tyler may be a better runner.

Herbert and Allen have 20 lbs on Shough

Jordan Love and Trev Lawrence are the best comps imo

Shough said he's better than Trev and I believe him. I'm going to stick with Ben/ Poor mans Josh until we see more.

I think early this year when LAC was at full strength showed how good Herbert could be running. Injuries just made them change their offense entirely.
