If you guys care about this stuff

Beyond thrilled to announce that @MikeTriplett is joining NOF.
When we started, we said we'd always reinvest in the product. We're keeping that promise. This is only possible because of you

So fired up to join this crew! I can’t say enough about how awesome it’s been to watch @nick_underhill build this with @subyksha @985Deejay @_B_Thomas89 @KevinWashJr
I love how @nofnetwork covers the Saints and know countless fans who feel the same. So excited to be part of it!

This is awesome news. NOF stacked.

Wow that is very impressive

That's a good addition. Triplett is my second favorite local guy behind Underhill. I joined NOF a few months ago and this will make it even better.

Kind of says it all about ESPN when a reporter leaves them for New Orleans Football.
Not trashing NOF, which is excellent, but ESPN was always the pinnacle of sports journalism. My how times have changed.

Wow- he left ESPN for Underhill's company. That's a fantastic get. Much better coverage and analysis than what you get from Nola.com.

I think most of it has to do with working with a large company like that who has executives giving marching orders vs a smaller startup like this where you have more room to do what you really want to do.

NOF is already great. Excited to see how this improves it. If you are on the fence about getting NOF, this is your sign to pull the trigger.

Nick Underhill's site that covers the Saints

Considering I’m in North Louisiana it’s not an intuitive thing to know what NOF stands for. Do they cover just New Orleans Football, or Nasty Old Farts or maybe Naked Ornery Fatasses? Simple answer would suffice unless you didn’t know either.

Not trying to bash him, but underhill seems like he has kind of turned into a saints fanboy rather than specializing on the deep dive analysis which first made him stand out from the rest of the saints best writers.

This is awesome. NOF already put out the best Saints content before this addition. This should bolster the amount of content they put out. Underhill is the best but Triplett is certainly no slouch.

Google the works, too.

So the site is 100% paywalled?

Neworleans.football
It’s a subscription model but it’s worth it if you are a big saints fan. Nick Underhill works his arse off and is by far the most knowledgeable of all the Saints beat writers.

How most of these sites are now.
I know we like to complain about that, but they have to make a loving somehow, especially if they've gone independent.

This is good timing with the Athletic going on about 4 straight months without a Saints beat writer. I think I'll sign up for NOF.
