Rookie in his 4th game on a bad team. He has looked better than Rattler.
If Olave makes a catch on a very catchable ball, the outcome is different.

I don't see it at all. Shough is much better than Rattler and yet we still aren't scoring in the first half. The play calling is still shitty. The team has less talent than before. I don't see upside. I see better play from the QB that doesn't translate to anything.

Not really relevant in a tanking year. Shough is better to anyone with two working eyes. His anticipation, accuracy, pocket navigation, height, arm strength are all better than Rattler's. Still looks like a rookie, but there's hope there.

All of this plus Rattler got basically a whole season to play while this is Shoughs only what 5 game? I wanted Rattler to succeed since you know I am a fan of the team but he is not it. Shough might not be either

Shough looks like an NFL QB that is figuring out the game. Rattler looked like an Arena League QB that was called up due to injury.

Ratt is a check down King. See Sanders in college. Had a high % completions. 40% of his comps were at or behind the line. Context matters too.

My history on Ratt is give him a chance. He looks like he can stick in the nfl. Try Tyler. Tyler looks better so far. Thats about what I've wrote.

I think the only thing Shough has shown that hes better at is stretching the field some. Decision making, accuracy, consistency, i.e. all the problems Rattler had, shough has as well. If anything id say Spencer had worse wr play around him than shough, even with the trade.
Spencer drop % is 4.5
Shough is 3.1
A lot of the advanced stats show Spencer was just far more accurate this season. Lower int% goes to rattler too.

Remove Shaheed and a worse OL, he hasn't been worse. He's if anything marginally better. At least has shown enough that we should not take another QB this upcoming draft.
