Olave would be a top 10 WR if he played with a good quarterback

I wouldn't do any big deals right now

There are a few exceptions for that, but I would agree. If Olave has a standout year, I would try to extend him after this year and use the bargaining power of being able to just lock him up another year with the 5th year option.

Kamara and Lattimore might need to be traded at deadline

Agree with trading Latt, especially with that bonus looming in late Aug. I disagree with Kamara. You will get a lot more value holding onto him and letting his contract run out when he's 30. I just don't see anyone giving much for him with a $22.4M base and another $2.5M in bonuses due when he's 30 next year. If they do trade AK, it is a 100% sure sign that they are doing a roster purge and going for a major reset in 2026/2027

Never understood the Taysom Hill deal either

Payton doing him a favor for being a swiss army knife even though we all know he wanted a legit shot at QB? I am really excited to see what Kubiak has in store for him. May actually make the contract make sense.

There’s nothing smart about extending a guy who has multiple years left on a rookie deal, on a team with no money. Not even considering his play on the field.

Nico Collins was heading into a contract year

Buddy…If Olave played with prime Brees, he wouldn’t be top 10. He’d be in that next tier just like he is now which is totally fine. I must say i truly regret missing Olave kool-aid drinking day which several posters here and everyone on Saints twitter seemed to partake in.

I'm hoping to see a little bit different Olave due to being away from Michael Thomas. I think Olave buys in a bit heavier this season. Still needs to improve toughness and yards after catch.

He needs to fix his crappy attitude and not drop passes

Honest question, do you think his attitude may improve without thomas on the team?

On year 3 of a 5 year rookie deal? frick no. He's one of the few good, young, cost controlled players we have.

1) he isn’t even eligible yet. Have to finish season 3 to be extension eligible.
2) this isn’t how extensions work. They would add an extension to the end of his deal. You can’t alter the rookie contract, it’s a fixed cost.

What is your fricking obsession with me dude? I've asked you questions in another thread that you refuse to respond to. Either answer the question In that thread or frick off dude, I'm tired of dealing with your loser arse.

It's really sad that the only jollys you get in life is trying to troll someone on a message board. Sincerely man, whatever is making your life shite, hope it improves.

That'll be calling us losers... since we're the only team he's ever consistently lost with in his football career
