If we're talking about getting a top flight player, I want a guy who I can get absolutely everything out of. Sean Payton is never going to employ a scheme with a TE1 who frequently blocks and catches. We don't even run enough for that. Even if we did, we would just see Gronk doing exactly what Jimmy did for us all the time, basically being a WR. I'd rather have a guy that we could use every aspect of his skill set.

Luke kuekly. I don't respect obvious roid heads like Watt regardless of their stats.

What the frick are you smoking man?! How quickly did you forget about Jeremy Shockey & Dave Thomas? Both were good blockers as well as good pass catchers. You are talking out of your arse.

Maybe, just maybe Payton decided it was best to use Graham in a way the best suits his skill set? Maybe, just maybe they realized that Graham wasn't that great of a blocker but realized also what Graham was as receiving threat. It may not have pleased you but going by the numbers Graham put up, it was the right decision. That's what good coaches do. They put their best players in situations to maximize their strengths & limit placing them in situations that expose their weaknesses.

good call.
ILB's are overlooked a lot in today's NFL. Hard to find one that can have an impact routinely though I guess.

he did make a funny comment to Ray Rice when he was mic'd up once on Inside the NFL though.
can't remember what it was.. a few years ago.
he's obviously on something though. Dude had 11.5 sacks in just 2 years @ Wisconsin and now all of sudden he's raking in the NFL?

more power to him though I guess.

Would not mind a guy like Kuechly at all. Could be an great leader and player for any team.

Well some players just peak in the NFL. To be fair he came to Wisky as a TE from CMU so he was still learning.

yeah, could be that.
its just fun for the all of the hyperbole otherwise.
I wouldn't rule out the possibility though

Antonio Brown + Cooks would be insane. Cooks is basically a replica, just unproven yet. Great route runners and catch everything.

Watt and it's really not close at all
This. The thread should be, "After Watt, add one current NFL player to the team."

I'll get outside the echo chamber to keep it interesting....
Marcell Dareus just turned 25 and has 28.5 sacks as a DT and is coming off a 10 sack season. Has played in 34 and 43 schemes in his short nfl career too.
