Spoke to a buddy with ties to the Saints and got some answers

Ziggy Ansah - Had a great visit in New Orleans and really loved the idea of playing for an organization that could win it all. Buffalo offered more money but money isn’t everything. Both offered a one year deal and now Ziggy is mulling his options and waiting for another deal to come through. Saints have been busy on the D line, and are really trying to make a play for Quinn, so they won’t wait for him. I’d consider him gone and he’ll sign with Buffalo.
Jared Cook - Came in expecting a Jimmy Graham contract and the Saints spent a few days trying to win him over to sign with them at a lower price. He’s content to stay in Oakland because of the additions they’ve made with AB, but would take more years with New Orleans over a one year deal with the Raiders. Feels he’s worth it even though he’s a pass catcher and not a blocker. Thinks Brees could have him probowl bound. Expect the Saints to make a final push for him in the next week or sooner.
Robert Quinn - Saints and Dolphins have agreed to compensation (likely a 2020 5th round pick) but now are discussing Quinn’s high salary and how to split it so it’s fair for both sides. Dallas had a good visit with him but didn’t mention what they would trade. Saints going super strong after him, and this would be a great move on our end if we can make it work.

Figured it wouldn't be more than a 5th for Quinn.
They need to bite the bullet on cook and give him the little extra cause they put themselves in this position

It's tied into the Saints getting an extension done with Quinn. If Quinn is reluctant to commit to more than a year, expect the pick (a 2020 pick at that) to drop to a 6th or 7th, or for the Saints to pass all together.

He didn't mention Ingram as there really isn't much to say that hasn't already been said.
Ingram and his agent over valued himself on the market. The Saints had a contingency plan lined up in case he was going to get offered a $7-8 million/year contract. When Ingram got wishy-washy, the Saints struck to ensure they weren't left out, or overpaying for someone like Tevin Coleman.
I can say that the Saints weren't happy he was leaving due to the locker room chemistry, but in the end everyone knows it's a business.

Some guy who thinks the season is over five minutes into every game is not somebody I would take as a reliable source. Everybody knows the saints are trying to get Quinn.
