At least the Skins' offered incentives for INTs and fumble recoveries, the Saints offered BOUNTIES for injuring others. Screw the Saints, they deserve what is coming to them.

Good comparison. Hell, the NHL has enforcers to hurt other players or put big hits on them. Our government sucks, they want to regulate and control everything these days.
