Dick and his congressional buddies need to do their jobs first! Balance the budget, stop wasteful government spending etc. after they do that then they will have time to waste looking at the bounties!
This only allows me to see politicians as more useless. All they do is blow hot air out of every orifice on their bodies! STFU and go to work and do your jobs!

Wont go anywhere. Goodell cant chance more bounty-like situations being found.
