Against this defense this was the game to try shite. And moore trotted out the same vanilla arse offense.
It doesnt work.

He’s already developing bad habits. Jumpy in the pocket and starting to throw prayer balls when not absolutely necessary.

The league may have also largely figured Shough out. Not saying he couldn’t be a solid starter with the right guy but maybe he’s just a streaky mid tier starter.

The biggest problem is the offensive line sucks. No quarterback thrives under constant duress!

If you think this team is going to attract a good coach you havent been payinig attention. Get used to this for the foreseeable future no matter who is coaching or QB.

The biggest problem is the team isn’t prepared. They make a ton of mistakes. The kicker sucks and the offensive line is pathetic.

This. Between the shitty blocking and the ridiculous amount of penalties that derailed any momentum, the offensive line is straight up arse.
Now the play calling and scheme aren't helping mask the bad blocking.

Just go drive by drive in the second half. Every single drive we had a holding call or a whiffed block that led to us being in second and 20 before Shough even attempted a pass.
Literally every single one. Thats coaching. There isn’t a qb in 2026 who is moving the ball against this Vikings team being constantly in second and 20. Second and 20s that were not Shough’s fault at all

Vikings played some good defense bringing pressure up the middle and not allowing Shiugh to step up.

Wasn’t that the one of the knocks on him coming out? The wild throws when things don’t go right? You can’t make those throws. Pros don’t make those throws
