Is there a limit to how many void years you can add?
In theory could we just add 1000 void years to every contract and make our cap hit like $1?

Technically no, but you can only spread bonuses over 5 years.
Odd thing to do without adding any years, looks like they're about to be aggressive before the trade deadline. Guess they see the state of the division, and think they can get an easy playoff appearance with the shitty South win; but unless they correct many things about this team what's the point

They are going to make a move for someone before the trade deadline. They have 2.4 million to spend. Not much but might we will see.

Sounds good in theory. But in reality if we made that trade, Carl Smith Jr. would figure out a way to under-utilize that potential

I was thinking about this the other day. Imagine a pro set with those two guys behind the QB, a TE, 2 WRs. Defenses would have to really reconsider what they do if we were able to work the seam with the TE and the outs with Olave.
Do you just run nickel and hope to get hat on a hat? What happens if Taysom is running the offense? The second you go 8 in the box, wheel routes and TE/WRs feast.

The Saints are going to trade for Denver's RB Melvin Gordon.
He got benched in his last game and is disgruntled.

Word is they are targeting Darius Slayton. Makes no sense to me. Sure our receivers are injured but we don’t need anymore.. do we?
