Saints need to get Deshaun Watson. Trade Michael Thomas and a first round pick for him.

Deshaun is worth the picks and Micheal thomas. He would grow and become a better player under Sean Payton.

Again...they didnt want to pay Hopkins. Why would anyone think they are willing to pay big money for a WR.

No way in bloody hell that even the Texans are this stupid. You need to give up more for a proven QB as good as him.

I agree just cant see it happening. Sean Payton has said multiple times that the next QB is in the building....

A franchise QB like Watson could keep the Saints going in the right direction.

No one else had a say in this? The owner had no input?

Not trying to sound snarky i legit dont know how much involvement the owner has. Most owners have to sign off on moves like this

The way I see it, if you get enamored with a qb. Go ahead and draft him. Obviously that's a need.

If not: cb (Jenkins age), lb (kwons injury history, and demario's age, anzalone sucks), and a speedy wr to learn behind Manny Sanders for a year (like what he did for San Fran). Safety if Marcus leaves. Those are your biggest needs IMHO.

No, Jack Easterby got tired of his Babies mamas hanging out around practice. It had little to do with paying Hopkins.

If any of you understood the stupidity on that team, you'd realize what has been going on and why Watson wants out.

Yeah, i think it was more a control and respect thing

Bob wanted hopkins to bow down and he wouldn't

Idk Bills thoughts on it but the GM would have to sign off on it either way.

He may have meant that or he may not have actually meant that. Don't get fooled by coach speak. How would you feel if you're Winston or Hill and your coach publicly states the next QB isn't currently on roster?

It costs 5 million more to get rid of MT in dead cap money when they need to shed all that other money.

I’d give the Texans the following:

3 1’s
2 2’s
Michael Thomas

That would satisfy their need for picks and a pro bowl player

What would happen if Watson got a career ending injury next year? No player is worth all that. If there is right at this moment, it's Mahomes.
