re: Saints considering COVID vaccination requirement to attend games in 2021 season

We aren’t sheep Lester. We are educated humans with intelligent thoughts and opinions. I’m sorry you like to roll with submissive virtue signaling fearful uneducated cowards. There is zero rationale to force a vaccine upon the unwilling.

So you are more worried about the vaccine harming you than covid? Please explain that thought

Who has forced you to get vaccinated Chad
Cmon you just said you were intelligent

I’m a snowflake because I want a refund for tickets to games that I won’t be able to attend because of a new rule instituted before I purchased said tickets? Makes complete sense...

I’m not anti-vaccine. I’m anti-experimental vaccine, particularly one using MRNA as the delivery vehicle, when we know very little what the ramifications are long term. If the nuance escapes you, then I can’t help.

At least keep them & sell them to the non-soys that want to go to the game & profit
Posted on 5/14/21 at 7:26 am to LSUZombie
I feel like this is all just to appease Destroya knowing they won’t impose this in the fall.

Interesting.
I’m not attempting to impose my will on anyone. I’m not attempting to “call the manager”. I simply want to get a refund for something I cannot use because of new stipulations that were not outline when I purchased them.
Because of that, I’m a soy boy, Karen, snowflake. I don’t think you know what those things are, if you think they apply in this case. Had I yelled and demanded that I be allowed to go, or raised hell about not being able to go, perhaps then, it would be applicable. Simply opting out and requesting a refund??!
EDIT: I don’t want to profit. Let them profit. I want to go to the games and live a normal life without being subjected to a science experiment. I will do the same with my Pelicans and LSU tix too, if it comes to that. Is it my body my choice or something like that?

Fair enough. The cancel culture is just out of control

37 years old, CrossFit diehard, former triathlete. 12% body fat with zero health issues. Resting heart rate of 44 bpm.
The small % of having an adverse reaction to the gene therapy shot or long-lasting issues like defective/damaged sperm is more of a threat in my mind than the astronomically low % that I’ll get seriously I’ll or die from COVID.
In my personal risk vs. reward assessment, makes a lot more sense to roll with nature, with my magnificent immune system and health than to get a gene therapy shot that was RUSHED through typical health and safety protocols—this doesn’t even take into account the fact that hundreds of times in our past we’ve seen “breakthrough” medical “remedies” that were later walked back and even “oh shite, we really fricked up there...”
And for the “ you’re selfish not to get it—it protects the vulnerable!” Crowd, frick off. If the vaccine actually works, then the “vulnerable” can get it for themselves.
This is NOT like Polio. It is not going away. It is not the flu, but it’s like the flu in that it will be seasonal and circle the globe in perpetuity; it will mutate and future vaccines will combine hundreds of known strains in the hope that the right one is included; you will be advised to get an annual Covid shot, just as the annual flu shot is a thing.
Hope this helps you wrap your apparently small brain around the idea that someone might have intelligent thought behind the decision to not get the vaccine out of concern for their own personal health.

Exactly....are you no longer going to fly after the FAA requires it? Because after the vaccine is FDA approved that’s what’s going to happen, also private educational institutions will require it as well.
I am not sure they will go this route for domestic flights. There is too much push back from various states.
But, if they were, where is the line drawn. They start with COVID vaccines, are they going to require all of the other vaccines? Do you need proof of a flu shot during flu season? The overreach from companies/government always starts off with something that appears to make sense on the surface.

with that said, if this makes you not want to renew your season tickets, then you obviously were on the fence about going anyway
How did you come to that conclusion?

GFY you almost certainly support late term abortions but then want to turn around and demand that others comply with a shot that’s less than 90% effective against a virus with a 99.999% survival rate if you’re under 45 and healthy and has only been authorized due to “emergency” loopholes
Lester Earl lives his life under the premise that he can tell other people how they should live theirs.

I dont think he is demanding anything, the saints are considering it. If you dont like it and dont want to comply, then you are likely not a diehard, its okay mate
There's about a 95% chance I've been to more games than you have in your life. I wouldn't attend if there was a vaccine requirement. And, I'm likely to get the vaccine.

I have been goin to saints games since the late 80s. Ive been there with empty stands and brown bags on heads. Didnt go because they were winners. But after all the shite last year with forcing brees to apologize for NOTHING and make it about race... that did it for me. I still watch on tv, not doing some big boycott. But I also am not paying for season tickets anymore. And glad i am not especially with this possible "mandatory vax" shite

Last year it was the sky screaming fake boycott that never happened, now it’s the vaccine stuff. Everyone is laughing at you
