Saints' challenge just got tougher

Saints already had the odds working against them with having to try and beat a team for the third time in a season, but without Hill and Murray it's going to be more difficult. Hill is extremely important in his team's short yardage and red zone offense and Murray is a great compliment to Kamara. We share see.

One or the other might not be that bad, but both out will impact our short yardage packages....... Not good.

Beating a team for a third time is not harder than beating a team for the 2nd or 1st...

Beating a team 3 times is a myth. 2/3 teams have done it. Statistically, it is easier to beat a team 3 times.

Considering who is reporting this (bitch florio and ian from nfln) I’m not concerned just yet. I expect one of these two to play. But till Payton releases his roster I’m not reacting to any of this crap. One thing i know for sure, players aren’t telling these reporters that taysom isn’t playing. Payton would kill one of them for leaking that type of info.

I disagree. He is important, but we forecast the plays when he's in on short ydg.

I can see some opportunities to do some things tailored to Montgomery that a team that had prepared for the Murray packages might not be quite ready for.
Still, Murray is our best blitz pick-up guy is concerning.

If you completely ignored the whole “3 times in a row” storyline, this game is easily in the saints favor. Brady and the bucs got really hot playing against terrible teams. When they played good teams, they have been mediocre to bad.
