Maybe they should have a jumbo package. 2 lineman and an athletic back behind them.

Dude is 6'5". If Drew Brees can have a 100% QB rate at the goal line so should Shough. Dude needs to do those jump sneaks Drew used to do.

They are making him do the tush push which isn’t him. He’s too tall and can’t get that low. He needs to do the Brees jump, run a regular QB sneak or they need to let a RB do the sneaks.

I always wonder why I never see QBs doing that move. It was automatic

All he needed to do was the Brees leap.

Jump up and stick the football out.

Just hire Drew to come back and teach that play.

Well to be fair Drew was harder to find in all the mess.

Regardless of the facemask pulling him backwards, QB sneaks on the goal line are difficult in bunched situations, especially for a 6'5 Qb trying to submarine in behind an average line.

Moore tried it the same way all 3 times. When will he learn. Donaldson was all he had to push. No eligible lineman or TE? Fant and Delp would have been much more help than Donaldson and why waste the other RB not involved at all?

The biggest problem is the fact that Moore jams all 11 players inside the hashmarks. They had Vele at the end of the line on all those sneak plays. What is the point of that? Nothing he does will affect the play positively. All his presence there will do is allow the defense to put aonther man in the middle of the field. If you know you're going to sneak why not keep Vele and Olave out there and remove two defenders from the area. The only guys who really habe an affect on the success of the play are the center, the 2 guards, the QB and the RB pushing from behind. So lining up the way they do makes it as difficult as possible to pick up the yard thats needed.

I just wish they would do it out of a non bunch formation. There’s like 3 tons of humanity in a rectangle 8yds by 5 yds.
