Yes. I did. I’ve never seen him run a route or catch an nfl pass.

So, some of you want to take the ball out of our First Ballot HOF QB's hands to give it to an unproven third string QB down at the goal line? Do you realize how goofy that is? Put this way if a team had Taysom Hill as their QB and you said here we'll loan you Drew Brees for a series, who do you think thet would put in?

As for TE or some other position sure whatever.

Yea the P in RPO stands for pass. Let’s get our HOF QB out of there in favor of an inaccurate, turnover prone QB with no real NFL experience. What could go wrong

So you want to run RPOs with Brees? Maybe we just not use this baby rhinoceros at all and keep praying for shitty teams to miss FGs.

Lol.

Only thing differentiating him from Tebow is Hill's lack of Phillipino circumcision trips.

We take the ball out of Drew's hands down close to the GL when he hands off, not sure I see the difference if having Hill increases our chances on the occasional GL play.

Exactly. We are already doing it. We’ve put Hill at QB and split Drew out wide twice in as many games. I guess Gyno thinks SP is a fricking retard too. Lol

Wtf could possibly be wrong with running a read option on a running down using Hill and Kamara? The browns defense lost its shite when they brought him in on goalline.

Depends on if they have been putting him at TE in practice and if he's coming along there.

It's one thing to catch a kickoff or punt as those have a higher trajectory. If you aren't used to catching passes on a regular basis you can get a lot of tipped balls that could turn into picks.

Then he also needs to learn at least a few routes and how to run then to perfection (Brees wants to know EXACTLY where the receiver will be at any point).

And as to not tip run/pass he'll have to learn how to block well enough to block DEs and LBs.

So no it's not as easy as just running him out at TE to just go run a drag.

That said you can see Sean likes the options he gives around the goalline, and I think the next step is to have Brees take the snap and run an "rpo" where he either hands it off to Hill or passes himself.

That'll also let you split Kamara out wide, and then you can even start running jet sweeps (or jet sweep fakes) with Kamara or Ginn.

Or knowing Payton they'll run a wild cat triple jet sweep fake with Brees taking the snap, faking to Taysom on a run, fake handoff to Josh on a TE reverse followed by another fake on a jet sweep to Ginn followed by another fake on a jet sweep to Kamara followed by a pass to Thomas on a slant.

Taysom Hill will be so good that CSP will bench Brees when he's 1 yd away from breaking all of the NFL all time records

I trust Hill with the ball in his hands more than any of the scrub RBs backing up Kamara right now. We've complained for years about giving Drew as much help as possible so it's not all on him to be great every game. Having shown he can be a threat with the ball, it will add another piece the opposing defense has to stop and think about for a second.
