There is no chance a team would be willing to do that for a wr with foot/ankle issues.
But they might for one that used a foot/ankle injury as an excuse to sit out because he was disgruntled.
And also if that WR was in favor of said trade.

The #Jaguars are trading for #Falcons WR Calvin Ridley, per multiple sources.
Compensation still being finalized. Ridley is currently serving a suspension for betting on NFL games during the 2021 season.

When has that ever happened with a guy that has a +30 million cap hit?
did you watch the Bengel's game? they may not make the playoffs unless they find a starting WR immediately. there are teams like them, who would do what it takes to get the missing piece to reach the SB.
it wont be easy, but any team in desperate need for a good WR wouldnt have any problem restructuring contracts to made a deal work. the deciding factor is if the WR wants out and is willing to accept a new contract to make it happen. MT clearly is done here and doesnt want to play for this team so he should be agreeable to any deal that gets him to a playoff ready team

His motivation aside, I doubt any team is going to trade for a WR, getting paid top dollar, that is coming off of a two year absence due to foot issues, that currently may or may not have turf toe.

Good to see the Saints doing Saints things.
That's nothing by the way.

Bengals have one of the best WR corps in the league

It’s like y’all just started following the league
Any player that the saints should trade
Thomas
Kamara
Jordan
Taysom
Are not getting traded. Dead cap for all is $20+ million. These deals do not happen

Matt Ryan
Carson Wentz
Julio Jones
Jared Goff
Brandin Cooks
None are nearly as talented as what AK or MT is currently. It would be a unicorn of a deal but it doesn't appear the saints have interest in a full rebuild, more like mild re-tooling and trying to still compete to its fullest.

Basically traded the best linebacker in football for a #3 receiver. It must suck to be a bears fan….
