Is his apology for standing for the national anthem on there?
Any sound fx when he wore a rapist name on his helmet because he’s a spineless bitch?

The bad doesn't overshadow the good.
I can't go a month without making a mistake. Drew lasted over 12 years.
Some of you need to let it go. Drew is responsible for most of the greatest moments in franchise history, was an outstanding and consummate professional and ambassador to the city, state, region.
He didn't smile after picks, he wasn't getting drunk in the quarter the night before games, and physically played till he couldn't all while giving us the greatest and most improbable run in arguably NFL history
Don't have to support how he went out but I am tired of every thread about him summarizing his legacy based on the last 5 min of his career while ignoring the decade plus that came before it

Love Drew.
Probably always will.
But he had an amazing opportunity to stand up for his beliefs and failed miserably.
That will NEVER be forgotten.

I wish Drew would have been mute on all of that stuff.
I wonder who was pushing it on him/ inside the organization?
Tom (Brady) seemed to navigate things unscathed

Sad thing is, he was. Simply stated he chose to stand in honor of his grandfather, how horrendous…
And they, along with Cam Jordan and Malcolm Jenkins, tore him apart anyway, which is why he should’ve never apologized.

My shite posting is better than your shite posting.
Now be a good boy and go tell your boyfriend that you love him.

Perhaps he should have thought of thought before he took a big dump on his grandfather’s legacy.
He spit in the face of veterans, so I don’t care if he won 10 Superbowls. He showed his true colors. He is a spineless babyback bitch.

For me, I was certainly disappointed to see the helmet sticker and anthem stuff with Drew. I, however, was much more disgusted with the arrogant, self righteous and egotistical response from the Malcolm Jenkins' of the world to Drew's original comments.
Here's a man in Drew Brees who came to a city and was the picture of consistency and professionalism for a flailing franchise in a devastated region of the country. His dedication to good works in the city were something we had not seen from a major athlete in Louisiana in a very long time. He spent tons of his own dollars and god given time to serve the people of New Orleans and these arseholes had the gall, the nerve to criticize this man for being tone deaf to the struggles of others. Did Drew roll over, yes he did. Was that disappointing, indeed it was.
Was it an absolute travesty the way his "teammates" treated him during the whole thing? 100000000%.
Time has shown us that civility and apologies are a waste of time. As Jason Whitlock once said, "you do not ever apologize to these evil motherf*****s."

damn shame Brees can't be discussed without some mouth breathing political talk poster hijacking it because he's still in his feelings about that irrelevant shite.

I wish I could but everytime I see Brees now all I can think about is how he apologized for loving America and being proud of his grandfather's military service.
Brees was a great QB but not much of a man or role model if you ask me. In the face of black on white racism he went softer than a penis staring at Rosie O'Donnell.

I don’t even know if it was that. I know he also got an insane amount of hate, likely threats, etc by those fricking loons. Who they hell knows what his family went through.
I didn’t like his reversal of statement but I’m not going to pretend to know what kinda shite the family received or where their breaking point was.
