Dart Fart sucks.

forget about that guy.

Hopefully, we can find offensive lineman in the third and fourth round.

Last year we whiffed on brock bowers and drafted a offensive tackle.

It’s honestly hard to take some of you even remotely serious when you do absolutely zero research on your topics.

This is a deep RB group. It makes no sense to use the #9 pick on Jehnty. We can get great RB value w one of our 3rd round picks.

The only offensive skill player that makes sense at 9 is McMillian from Az. He won’t be there.
We will get an elite CB or DL in the first. The draft is more than the first round. We have 5 picks in the first 100. We will get offensive help but reaching w a top 10 pick is a set back.

If true, I’d be more than Ok with taking him. I’m not sold on using top 10 picks on OL anymore with how bad most offensive linemen are now anyway.

Im also pretty hesitant on using a top 10 pick on a safety, another position that is slowly losing value. Maybe they climb back in value in the future but idk. A lot of teams have found serviceable guys in third round or later.

I still think Graham, Will Johnson, maybe Scourton, Williams or Carter is the best bet. Maybe McMillan falls as well if Burden lights up the combine but I doubt it.

You can’t take him, especially not after the Kamara extension

I just don’t buy into this kind of thinking considering we’re in full rebuild mode. You need talent. Everywhere. And if you’re not in love with the other players there…I wouldn’t hate it. I wouldn’t hate any pick really. I just want to see them hit.

There’s also no guarantee Kendre makes the roster next year given his injury history and there’s also no guarantee that Kamara doesn’t fall off the cliff suddenly. You know they tend to do that. Doesn’t make the extension not stupid but Loomis is an idiot we all know that and I don’t wanna see us miss out on a potential All Pro RB just because our idiot GM gave our 30 year old RB a two-year extension.

Every year we draft either an Offensive, Defensive Lineman or WR in the first round. We will never get out of that cycle- EVER!

not a bad strategy. games are won in trenches. build up lines. get stud receivers. should be working. so it is not working? would you rather a Lb or S? i mean i guess that is ok if we have enough stud lineman and Wr. do we?

then FIRE loomis. real simple. i mean payton found servicable RB's and OG's in later rounds. we should be stacked now with beast OT's and DE's.

again that strategy did not fail.

loomis has failed

Right, and you have no money to spend to get them. You can’t use 1.9 on another RB given the investment there already

Tyler Warren is going to be a guy to watch, he’s going to shoot up draft boards. He’s the Bowers of this draft class

Like I said, this is just a philosophy I can’t get behind considering Kamara and Miller could be off the roster in a year. An often injured RB and a 30 year old on a 2 year extension isn’t some huge investment the way you’re making it out to be.

Jeanty…..
does NOT have Elite Game Breaking speed.

In1st rd ..the Saints will pick DE, DT or OL.

Offensive line is the most important part of a football team. Period.. The run game the pass game it opens up everything. Hell even Sam Donald looks good with an oline. It gives you more options it changes game plans. It rest your defense. It's sustained drives. It gives you flexibility. Pass opens up the run and vice versa. Can't stack the box.Etc etc etc etc etc

I'm on board with Jeanty. If we can establish an identity on offense being a dominant running team, then we can win some games. Our o line is already good at blocking for that and he and Kamara should make for a great 1-2 punch. Add in the fact that Carr is way better when we're able to establish the run and we could be competent on offense next year with him.

I'd obviously love the right edge rusher as well

We are a good ways from the playoffs,
I advocate drafting longevity initially so that in four or five years we will be strong on the LOS.
But of course you always have an eye out for a QB.

First round Tet McMillian, or Luther Burden if he isn’t available

Second round Kaleb Johnson

Solidifies our skill positions for the next several years and lets us focus entirely on rebuilding the trenches in future drafts

Yes sir!
If a playmaker is available, you take him! Some of these fans on here don't understand that
