This times a million. This is the 3rd year in a row we getting nothing from any WR not named Michael Thomas! Is Cyril Grayson Jr still on practice squad, put him or Deonta Harris and let them stretch the field even as a decoy instead of Ginn. Put Emanuel Butler on the field instead of Carr, because aside from special teams Carr gives us nothing.
