Maybe the Saints will work with Taysom Hill this week on running routes and getting him more involved are a receiver this week...with his size and speed-he can be a dangerous weapon and draw some attention from Thomas!

He gets plenty of attention every week; doesn't stop him though. let's not overthink this and just do what we do.

if MT runs up and out and they go that way then you send taysom this way, drew does his look there and goes here... oh my god... jaws will drop.

That is quality game planning.

Where does Ginn fit into this?

Thomas will get 125 but not the 200 he got earlier.

However we did not have Ginn then. He is going to have a few big catches this game. I think he will have a 40+ yard touchdown this week. I just feel a deep shot around midfield will connect.

I rather stick with throwing to Thomas 15 times and Hill once.

Ginn has two 100 yard games in 23 games as a Saint and has never stepped up to be "the man" in a game where Thomas was shut down.

If Talib take Thomas out, Ginn needs to be a factor, but a guy like Kamara will really have to step it up

I going with the underneath guys having a bigger day than last week.
I think AK, MI the TE's and Hill will have their shots with Thomas and Ginn getting I think the bulk of attention.

But ginn doesnt have to have a 100 yard game to be effective.

Run clear out routes and catch 4 or 5 balls.
I think kamara def has to get more involved in the passing game

Does Talib travel? I thought they rolled "side of the field" matchups when they have both healthy.

When they play zone with the deep safety Ginn can just run straight down the field and drag the safety over to his side of the field. When that happens the RBs and TEs will eat. Then when the move to man AK can move to the slot and run a depe route with a linebacker trying to keep up.

is Talib even capable of totally shutting down Mike at this point anyway? I don't think so

Then you slip in that unforeseen Kirkland Killshot.

I'm not sure anyone can, but here's some numbers on Talib that are pretty scary on the surface:

During the 8 games without him, they played:
Oakland, Arizona, LA chargers, Detroit, Chicago, Philly (with Foles), Arizona, and week 17 San Fran.

Without Talib, they played:
Minnesota, Seattle, Denver, San Fran, Green Bay, New Orleans, Seattle, and Kansas city

Totally different group.
