Damn that’s it? Thought we’d at least get a 3rd.

Yes. Happy for the guy but for all that he does well, he has extreme lapses at critical moments.

It’s typical of this board.

Hopefully the plan is to being in Honey Badger.

it's like people forget how bad NO was at FS before Marcus. Just like CB, it was very difficult for the front office to find a decent free safety

For him to be graded and regarded as highly as some have him, his ball skills are terrible. I have never seen an "Elite" FS whiff on so many long balls in my life. Some of his plays are historical.

Bad play no doubt but that was on coaching.

Should have held all the receivers at the LOS, 5 yard penalty. Do that twice and they basically only have time for a Hail Mary.

There are far more than 2 plays of him whiffing on long balls.

That Atlanta game is a quick one that pops in my head.

Marcus Williams is a great FS that will make any QB he faces hesitate to throw deep balls. He will be the next GREAT FS, so I would hate to go play for one of Balt's division rivals

He was good and we rarely ever gave up deep balls so he did his job. Plus I hate to lose players we draft and develop that turn out to be good players.

Its not. That said, if the D forces a ton of punts, the int's are not as critical. When GW was the coordinator, we were soft between the 20's and really needed a guy like Sharper who could create extra possessions. We were having to outscore everyone. We really arent that team anymore.

I still want a ballhawk at FS though. LOL

LOL. why are you making up your own refined stats?

He was 47th in ints last season and was something like 4th on the team in int's

16th in 2020
11th in 2019
53rd in 2018

No one considers MW a ballhawk. Well, except you maybe.

If a man builds a thousand bridges and sucks one dick, they don't call him a bridge-builder... they call him a cocksucker.
