I will say this, all of this nonsense is the best thing to happen to Brees.

I've seen a ton of people coming to his defense and basically saying "That dude was absolutely drug for some fairly minor comments that weren't that bad...these dudes are saying 'Hitler was right' and the media is handling them lightly".

I've seen it A LOT, from mostly non-Saints fans, and even on Liberal cesspools like Reddit and twitter.

Surprisingly I’ve seen many highly upvoted comments on Reddit say the same thing.

Because unlike most of you, there are some of us who believe in true equality. What Brees did isn’t in the same universe as what Desean Jackson did, or all the nonsense that followed.

Shannon Sharpe has shown his true colors, along with many others who claim to be fighting for equality.

Stephen Jackson, who I’ve allows thought was a POS by the way, wants to insanely start talking about comparing suffering. Does this idiot not understand that people have tried to make Jews and Native Americans extinct?

Max Kellerman was one of the only people I saw who even brought up and addressed the real issue with what Desean posted.

Elle Duncan also was very clear in her message that you can’t be a fricking hypocrite, which many people were just exposed as being just that. Need more people like Duncan and Chris Long to stand up and say what they said.

But let’s be clear, people like you are no different than the people you are now calling out for being hypocrites. This doesn’t change the Brees stuff, which he handled beautifully, and made people like you angry. All this does is show a lot of people who claim to be about equality, really just care about themselves.
