Pretty easy for you to say. If it were you or I, we'd probably do the same thing to protect our money and frick what some anonymous name on a message board thinks.

Your lack of a backbone is showing.

“The honorable Farrakhan”. Jesus what fricking idiot this guy is. He’s the same guy who did a sermon about blacks needing to kill white babies but this dipshit sees him as some sort of idol. It’s amazing that Jenkins, Desean Jackson, Malik Jackson and the rest of them can say whatever they want no matter how fricked up it is and the black guys on tv like Stephen A Smith and Shannon Sharpe go out of their way to defend them and no white commentator dare to take a stand because they will lose their job. But let Drew Brees simply say he will never agree to disrespecting the American flag and they treat him like he’s Hitler or Stalin.

But let’s be clear, people like you are no different than the people you are now calling out for being hypocrites.

I laugh at everyone of the feaux boycotters on this board for this very reason. Just like the people they claim to hate they want everyone to agree with them or they are "Canceled". It's a joke.

This doesn’t change the Brees stuff, which he handled beautifully, and made people like you angry.

He handled it beautifully?

quote:

I will never agree with anybody disrespecting the flag of the United States of America or our country,” Brees said in the interview, with Yahoo Finance on Wednesday.

He added that when he looked at the flag and stood with his hand over his heart during the anthem, he envisioned his grandfathers, who fought in World War II.

“And is everything right with our country right now?” Brees said. “No. It’s not. We still have a long way to go. But I think what you do by standing there and showing respect to the flag with your hand over your heart, is it shows unity.

It shows that we are all in this together. We can all do better. And that we are all part of the solution.”

He apologized for that statement. Not only did he apologize he cried about it and begged forgiveness for saying it.

But I’m not calling for him to be fired or demanding he pay someone or attacking anyone who agrees with him in the streets or anything like that. I just simply will never support him or his business ever again.

I would treat anyone the same. Because I believe in equality.

Because unlike most of you, there are some of us who believe in true equality.

Please explain exactly what you mean in this context.
