If he can get back to the GB PS, he's exactly where he needs to be.
Looks like he isn't on GB's practice squad. He was having a really good training camp up until he got hurt.

When our offense changed, Dupre had really good games. Not his fault the offense and QB sucked his time here.

He's probably just be a career practice squad contributor and journeyman. He was no near ready to declare.

Landry and Beckham say hi.

He didn't care enough. It's that simple.
This is a guy who wanted to make football his career. Literally, the quality of life that he lived was on the line and, apparently, he wasn't able to stay eligible.
There is a guy in here who is saying he's "worked hard" since heading to the draft. How could anyone believe that? He has been an underachiever since the day he arrived on campus...couldn't do the simple, easy things apparently, and wasn't able to identify the truth when someone was in he ear whispering that he needed to head to the NFL.
Now, maybe he has changed. I don't know. For his sake, I hope so, because I'm rooting for him to succeed. But, he's basically put himself in about as tough a position as he possibly could have to achieve his goals.

Soft. Don't think he can cut it in the NFL.

He also dropped more balls than any receiver in recent memory. I can't tell you of a WR that I had less confidence in coming down with the ball.
He was so highly rated because he would tear up the camps and do you know why he'd tear those camps up? Cuz no one had pads on and he knew he wouldn't get hit.
Look if we are talking flag football, I'll take chi everyday of the week and twice on Sunday. But the kid just doesn't have that competitive fire necessary for full contact football.

Why are you so hell bent on taking up for the guy? Do you really know him? Take away the fact that everyone here has told you what they saw from him playing three years of college football. But I get it we aren't analysts.
He was six picks away from being Mr. Irrelevant in this last draft not a person has signed him to a practice squad yet. NFL scouts saw what we saw. A receiver who is either way underdeveloped, or doesn't have the skill to make it in the NFL.
His best season in his entire career was his junior season in High School when he didn't even top 900 yards receiving. He never topped 700 in college. He was a always a player that had potential but that potential never came to fruition.

a very physically gifted player coming out of high school, who never developed or made progress in college despite every attempt by the coaches to feature him. It's not Les or Cam's fault that Dupre didn't develop, because there were other WRs (past and present) that were there at the same time, that did. We're not just talking LSU's system, but basic receiver skills like securing the catch, using his body for position, etc.
That would indicate one of the following: either he had a lot of difficulty learning what he needed, or he didn't have the drive to put in the work.
Either is a red flag to an NFL team; they don't want guys that can't learn, and they don't want guys unwilling to work.
Look at the guy the Saints signed from New England, he's the opposite: former walkon at Northwestern who not only earned a scholarship, but was 1st team All Conference by the time he left. That guy's career shows he will work hard, and learns fast. He likely doesn't have a quarter of Dupre's physical talent, but is maximizing what he does have.

While true, we all know talent wasn't Dupre's issue. His issue is he's lazy, entitled, and lacked any sort of work ethic. That happens when a kid is hyped like he was and treated like a king when in high school.
He has no one to blame but himself for his failure to make it in the NFL if it comes to that. It was clear at LSU in his play that he was a lazy player. While talented, he was not talented enough to overcome that. It is sad too because you saw glimpses of his potential when he cared like in the bowl game. It wasn't about the offense alone and was mostly on his refusal to focus and put his head down and work for it.

The Packers wanted to sign him to practice squad. His agent advised against it. He will find a team.

Yea they had the best throwing qb in the last 10 years.

The Packers had high praise for him til concussion protocall set him back. They said he was the fastest to pick up the offense of rookie WR.

Yep and to add to this:
SOURCES TELL US "I was asked by someone at the school about where he would be drafted if he came out and I told them on the third day. I recommended he go back to school. His size is interesting but I don't see a fast player." - NFC Personnel Director

If true, what another awesome decision by Malachi and his agent. Why would he still listen to that clown after barely getting drafted at all?

Dupre isn't better than any of the receivers on our roster. So no.
