This isn’t about being an apologist. Yeah he’s obviously a homer but this is just facts. He was never moved from the practice squad. If Murray wanted to stay here he could have but why would he be loyal to the saints when he’s in the twilight of his career?

Should have threw the bank at and handed the reins of the entire football operation to Payton. It's clear now why he micromanaged. He was the only one in the building who had the balls to make anyone accountable.
