If he comes cheap it definitely doesn't hurt to add depth at nickel with the question mark there.

We were in talks to trade for him but he was due 13 mil… have to imagine we will be involved heavily and it will depend on the price

I read on ESPN that he is 30 and will be 31 when season starts. If the price is right for a 1-2 year deal, it could be good. He is better as a zone CB and so I think Staley could use him. Declining player but useful for us
