He sucks. The Saints should have been in the playoffs this year. Not that they would have done anything, but that roster underachieved due to the lame duck Allen. He is not meant to be a head coach.

he was hired to keep up with what we had going.
Although 2021 wasn't good to be fair.
he didn't do that this season and he has a losing record as a head coach in his career.
And capped off the season with a loss in which the opposing QB went 5-for-15 passing and Will Lutz doing all he could not to help us win with his crap kicking.
I do think he inherited a situation that is mostly fricked but I don't think he's the right guy for the job considering the situation.

We are going to know very early next year if Allen is the right guy. Team will either improve or will crater.
