Pat Mahomes has a 10 year 450 Million deal but only 141 Million guaranteed. Is your argument that Mahomes only makes 14 Million a year now?

U know what’s the incentives to get to 14? I don’t. They may be easy, maybe hard.

If Mahomes has a Joey theisman injury, you think he’s getting anything over that 141?

I believe every starting QB besides Mitch is below him.
That is not on a rookie deal.

OP bumped his own thread to argue his original contention was correct, when in fact he was wrong at every turn.

That’s bad even for ST.

Any QB + Arians= Highest, or close to it, ints of their career in year 1.

All the people still making a big deal about the ints need to go check Arians track record his first year working with a QB. Manning, Palmer, Luck, Winston, Big Ben, Brady, etc.

Is this a per year average? Just this year? What about taking out teams with guys on rookie contracts?

This can be spun a lot of ways, but $14 mil a year for a quality starter is a good deal.

Ranking by 1 year is a shite way to do it. FAR too much skew. What's the average per year and where does Jameis fall there?

Also, those numbers are base salary. Should be cap hit, not base salary as that can and does get adjusted constantly.
