I wasn’t too hopeful this team would win on the road back to back weeks. I was pretty nervous about this game too

When they got skull screwed by Atlanta, I kinda knew this would be the outcome.

Defense has been atrocious all season

You can’t watch that game and tell me the defense blew it. Lutz makes that FG before half and we’re going for the win. Brees fumbled and threw a pick

Not really.

This was the Falcons game all over again.

Brees has been declining for a while and while he got numbers this season, you can tell something was very off with him. Whatever magic was done on his shoulder by that surgeon has played out.

He's a 1st ballot HOFer and one of the best ever, but it's time for him to retire.

Last two years have, indeed, numbed me to it. It is what it is. Saints aren't going to be a multi-win title team. Brees is done. Payton might leave. I'm pretty disinterested in next season.

I'm just numb to it at this point. After so many heartbreaks u just become used to it. I knew this was a loss in the third quarter.

I've experienced all my teams winning at least one championship. As I get older I watch less and less sports and just don't have that emotional attachment anymore. As for the NFL.... I only watch the Saints and its more because it's what I've always done. And I rarely watch them live anymore.

Just numb to it?

Yes

The past decade has had a lot of awesome regular season moments.

The playoffs however, have been gut wrenching. I just expect it at this point.

It was expected. This is who the Saints are and this is what the NFL is. A joke.

I feel the exact same way. Very numb to this result. This team wasn't going anywhere.

Nah. I'm upset. It was a blatant OPI. Saints got robbed again.

If the Saints don’t improve in the middle of their OL then they might not win a game next year

A little bit yeah. I'll get over it quick but the thought that Drew might be done and won't get another ring stings a little.

100% in agreement. The no call broke me. I’m somewhere between a casual and die hard fan now. Idk what you call that. But I’m moving on with my day now. Just don’t care enough to sulk

Same here. Maybe it's being more mature but it's just not worth losing it anymore and being pissed for at least a week.

I would categorize myself the same way. I still think I'm more into it than a casual fan but I'm definitely not the crazy die hard I used to be.

Like you it's over, move on with my day.
