Instead of Wentz would you trade for Tua?

Maybe a 2nd or 3rd rounder. Still has four years left on a cheap contract.

Dolphins could then take Fields at pick 3 if the Jets pass on him.

Why?

We could stand pat and draft Mac Jones.

Tua would be a perfect fit for Sean Payton’s offense. If the Dolphins are looking to deal him, and the Saints could get him for a 2, this is a no brainer.

Tua ain’t a perfect fit for ANYBODY’s offense.

Then that speaks volumes about what they think about him, no?

Yeah, for the Dolphins

Tua is matt leinhart... weak arm, not a quick processor, no clue what ever was so great about him.

i’ve said he wasn’t a pro qb since the first time i saw him play.

Nothing really. Just another Bama qb lighting it up at the college level with an nfl caliber o-line, rb, and wrs.

Mac Jones will be a turd too. Watch and see.

What exactly do you call Clyde Edwards-Helaire, Ja'Marr Chase, Justin Jefferson and Terrace Marshall?

What about the Moore Award winning LSU offensive line?

LSU fans: Joe Burrow is the best QB in college history.

Also LSU fans: Mac Jones is a product of the system even though he had less weapons than Burrow, but put up the highest PFF rating for a QB in college history.

Bama has a track record of putting below average QBs in the league

Joe Burrow was a Heisman winning #1 NFL pick. Mac Jones will barely make it into the first round.

Yeah 6-3 as a starter as a rookie but he isn’t a pro QB.

Nick Saban ruined Tuna by playing him hurt two years in a row. No Bama fan has the balls to say it but it’s true

So?

The offense Alabama runs now is completely different from the systems they ran from 2008 to 2017.

Joe Burrow was a Heisman winning #1 NFL pick.

And?

Jamarcus Russell was the #1 NFL pick, too. Jameis Winston won the Heisman and was the #1 pick.

Mac Jones will barely make it into the first round.

So he'll be there when we pick. Awesome.

Not shitting on your elephants man yalls qbs just suck in the NFL. It is what it is. Burrow was a once in a lifetime find for us. Maybe mac Jones will change the reputation there . Time will tell.

His own team is looking to trade him for Fields or Wilson.

It's hard work becoming a NFL starting QB. Countless teams have drafted QBs in the 1st round and watched them become absolute failures.

Mac Jones has the brains, the arm and the accuracy to be a really good NFL QB. Will he? Depends on who drafts him and what he's surrounded by, just like all successful QBs.

I don’t get the love for Stanford on this board. Big armed QB who is so-so and will fall off hard when he falls off. Which will be soon as he will be 33 next month. I don’t see him playing three more years. I’d guess four years at most and those last two years will be injury ridden and hard to watch.
