I got invited to a friend's thing for the game.
I'm gonna go.
It's not my TV, so it won't count.
Although I have no idea how they actually determine who watches.

No. I won't be watching any NFL sans Saints productions (they're not really games) until there's a new commissioner and the league stops predetermining who goes to the Asterisk Bowl.

I am not joking. I will not watch the game. I literally called into work on Sunday. I get Friday off and an extended weekend next week. I will youtube the commercials + Maroon 5 is trash.

i've been watching America's Game reruns all week and still can't get up for this Super Bowl.
This is how I see it.
If New England wins.. yea!!!... right... cause they've only won it five times before. Oh and by the way they've been to the Super Bowl 10 times total as a franchise.
and if the Rams win.. well yeah... at least we lost to the best right? frick all of that! We basically lost cause of a non call. There were other key moments where things didn't go the way we would have liked but you can't ignore the 800 pound elephant in the room.
i guess i'm pulling for New England but I couldn't turn down free beer and food at my neighbors house for a watch party.

Seeing a lot of excuses from supposed Saints "fans". I don't care who's party it is or if you watch it on reddit, you are a pussy. Why would you want to watch this garbage? The NFL completely fricked your favorite team and doesn't give a shite that you and everyone knows it. They didn't even care to say anything publicly aferwards. The wrong team is in the game and you're going to watch it? shite, maybe the Pats shouldn't even be in it. This Saints team that worked their nuts off for a year and missed time with their family and friends only to have a fixed outcome? And you can't help yourself?

Call your friends and educate them. Rams did not defeat the Saints. Refs gave the game to the Saints. Refs gave Rams enough chances until they won the game. Too many no calls for PI and helmet-to-helmet against Rams. Saints would have defeated Rams by 14, if refs call game reasonably correct.
AFC refs should have called this game. Too many NFC refs tied to Cali.
5 refs were watching the play in real-time and no one called PI. IMPOSSIBLE for 5 to miss it.

I’m not a Saints fan but for the first time in my adult life I will not be watching the Super Bowl. It was horse shite what happened to you guys. I have felt like the NFL was going the route of pro wrestling for a while now prioritizing entertainment over sport and competition. The NFC championship was the final straw. On the bright side I should get a lot done around the house tomorrow
