If the Falcons sign Cousins, are we solidly projected 3rd in this division?

The Falcons have a pretty good roster outside of QB, and they're installing an offense that Cousins knows well.
Clearly Tampa should be expected to be the top team, considering recent history and their lack of roster turnover.
Also, clearly, nobody in the NFL could compete with the Panthers for 4th, so that's not a discussion. Worst team/situation in the NFL.

I was concerned they might get Fields 
Tampa could slide back but 3rd in a bad division in “win now” mode is definitely on the table.

I’m a little more bullish on Fields than most, maybe because I had him in fantasy so watched him more the last 2 years but I feel like he showed flashes especially with Moore so maybe better weapons, London, Pitts, Robinson 
But I think with their roster any competent QB play makes them the favorite in this crappy division

None of the teams in our division are good or bad enough to lock up any spot 1-4 imo. The Panthers are probably the worst, and the Bucs are probably the best, but they could easily swap imo

Bowles was 24-40 with the Jets also not good but is but still better than 8-28. He’s.500 in Tampa and has made the playoffs twice. Not a high bar to win this division.

As to atlanta if its not about the money I doubt he has confidence in the HC. My guess would be Denver or the Raiders

If NOLA doesn’t make the playoffs this year, Dennis Allen needs to be fired. I was okay giving him one more year because the record improved, but if after year 3, he does nothing, get rid of him.
