The Falcons broke him. Idk how but they figured out the Saints offense and they've never been the same since

They’re not throwing on 3rd down if they get 6 on first down and burn clock.

If the call is made, they milk the clock down to 3 seconds, kick field goal, game over. That incomplete pass meant nothing.

It was a bad pass and bad play selection and unnessary risk given clock, score and field position.

You talked about 40 seconds...do rams tie it up with 40 seconds less on clock?

The PI was terrible but so was the 1st down play selection.

Hit Thomas on a slant that kills the clock?

I don't recall that many.
The other drop that people think was horrible was really good coverage
Think that was the Dallas game correct?

Thomas walks into the end zone if the throw is good. I had a perfect angle from my seat.

If that pass is completed, which 9/10 times, it is, it’s 2nd and 3 or 4, rams take timeout, and you have 2 downs to get 3-4 yards. I like the call, poor execution

Yeah you have to run the ball on first down
Did anyone figure out how much time is left if we run it on first

Doesn’t matter. If the PI is called, the game is over. Everyone keeps trying to bring up other plays that could have made a difference, but it all boils down to one thing. Period.

We hadn’t run the ball for shite, people are losing their minds for going ultra conservative if we run mark into a wall for a game of one.

The call was correct, Brees missed a throw he should be able to make in his sleep

Unnecessary risk/play selection given score, clock and field position... thats the point. It also gave rams 40seconds on last drive.

Every one will discuss PI no call but SP had a ton of questionable play calls. Also, how many screens to RBs did he call?

His performance took a dip in the second half of the season. A lot of you refused to see it and continued to clamor for him to win MVP.

The risk on that play is so small it’s not even a thought

Brees makes that throw 99.999999% of the time. I’m guessing the ball slipped or something.

Also as far as the throw I think someone was in the way so he had a weird angle.
Still threw it was too low.
What I didn't get was why didn't the defense get up on the receivers at the end of regulation when Goff kept running bootleg.
Rem cam Jordan almost grabbed Goff, but someone should have been on the tight end

Love brees but there were at least 3-4 terribly thrown balls. Very uncharacteristic.

Who cares if people go crazy.
Run a quick handoff to ginn or kamara.
How much time would of been left?
Yea drew missed the throw and I like throwing for it in certain situations nut if they have less time and no timeouts I like our chances
