There was a reason half the draft picks were receivers lol

They just need to send him to the lab in Wisconsin to get the issue fixed and this pick will pay dividends starting next year

Hopefully he can heal up and be ready for the season. Seen enough in training camp to know he’s a stud if he can just stay on the field. Let him learn on game day.

We know he is an exceptional talent when available but this is why I didn’t want to draft him in the first place. He is always hurt Kendre Miller part two. This is despite the fact that we have been treating him like the fine china since he got here.

We need to draft Jeremiah Smith next year.

We aren’t gonna be anywhere close to the top 5 of the draft next season

Everybody needs to sip some settle down juice, for all we know Tyson will be starting week 1. Even if not, it’s clear the talent is there. I’d rather take a big swing on a needle mover than play it safe.

Nowhere in that article does it say he’s seeking multiple opinions. Maybe there’s another source but all the article says is “they’re putting together plan and we’ll see what the timeline is.”

Moore said that Tyson's injury is not a result of his previous hamstring issues that he dealt with at Arizona State last year. "I think my understanding of this one, any player that was put in his situation where your foot slips and you get shoved from behind, this has nothing to do with Jordyn's history," Moore said. "Any player in that situation probably has the same diagnosis coming out of this."

Curious for anyone with medical/PT training or experience:

Is adding a little weight/NFL style strength training (which I would assume is more intentional/planned/predictable than a Big 12 teams program) more likely to STRENGTHEN hamstring/lower body complex to kind of, shield or guard against these injuries- or conversely is it more likely to put excessive strain/wear and tear and make him more susceptible to hamstring/soft tissue injuries over time?

Not sure if anyone can realistically answer that but curious...like say after one full season of NFL training

If that makes any sense the way I worded it

Mickey Loomis never met an injury-prone player he could pass up in the draft.

Durability is almost as important as talent. Doesn’t matter how good you are if you can’t stay healthy and stay on the field.

Marshon had hammy issues off and on his whole career, and did Marshon pull it again in the first week of camp? Everyone is entitled to their own shite, I believe Downs will be the superior player bc he will be on the field

Soft tissue injuries are really freaking hard to give a concrete answer for. It’s almost like a guessing game of different options, lengths to pursue or intensity of those options.

It’s why teams stayed away from Tyson when he clearly has the upside to be a damned good WR1. We took the risk.

History and prone can be two different things was my point.
See histrionics over Tyler’s proneness.

Another bad mistake...

Down would of killed it here.. He was even a big saints fan.

But we had to draft a fragile immature.Looking the receiver.

So he has a freak fall and gets hurt and you’re gloating? Are you actually a Saints fan?

Funny how quiet you were through 12 other practices
