I’m sure they’ve been on the edge of their seats waiting for their thank you letter and are better now for having received it.

Sure. And the letter went into other important areas to address.

well i don't know what to say regarding your lack of awareness regarding the owner of our 2 pro franchise teams and their opportunity of responsibility in helping our city.

I will not be surprised if we don't hear from her on the performance of the team for the rest of the year.

And, frankly, that probably is the right thing to do. But, her disconnected priorities made people overanalyze what she was saying when she had her press conference.

If harbaugh wasn't a hard-headed jagoff, we'd be 1-6. That's a fact

Would've been the best thing for the team to have lost going into paris

yeah, what a shitbag owner thanking her fans for spending their time and money and trying to make the most of the memories made in paris. and she is putting in real work of trying to help our city with tourism connections with Paris/France etc. nothing about it is negative and she's doing exactly what a great owner should be doing. we're just all pissy cause the frickers who put on the headset and uniforms are playing like shite.

She only cared how the team would look on the international stage, and not stateside to their own fans.

Joey D.

The story of Joey D, Gayle Benson's horse named after Joe Dumars, who races Thursday at Fair Grounds

quote:

New Orleans Saints and Pelicans owner Gayle Benson, team president Dennis Lauscha and other team executives are expected to attend, along with Pelicans director of basketball operations Joe Dumars. They’ll be there to watch the No. 7 horse in the ninth and final race. Joey D, a 2-year-old colt making his first start, is owned by Benson and named after Dumars, who was hired to run the club’s basketball operation in April.

Horse has long been retired. Last ran in Dec 2025 and it was her last start as an owner. Again, she has no horses.
