The only one I listened to was the Ralph Marlboro one a couple of years ago.

It was ok.

I’d rather listen to the pregame to be honest.

Don't sleep on Saints Insider from the Times-Picayune/nola.com beat writers. They're not pro podcasters, but they give good insight and opinions without a lot of nonsense and fillers.

Armstead's is pretty cool. Also listen to Nick and Mike, Locked on, Saints Now, etc.

I tried to listen to James Skrmetta but it's usually just listen to other people talk about the Saints for half of it, then his opinion on what others said. Didn't care for that style but ymmv.

1.Saints insider (various bear writers think its times picayune centered)
2.New orleans football (nick underhill)
3.Locked on squads shows

I used to listen to happy hour but its just too much shouting and non sense nowadays, everyone talking over the top of others etc, hard to listen to.

I’m sure Underhill tried but he should’ve locked in Armstead with NOF and did his flagship podcast with him. Triplett is a mouth breathing marble mouth who is better suited for print media. I find he brings little value to the podcast

I can deal with him some, but the reacting to other people’s content gets on my nerves. It makes me wonder if he knows the game the way he ACTS like he knows it. Some of his original stuff is pretty good though

NOF and Locked on contribute more content.

Spot on about Trip. He brings nothing of substance AT ALL. I like Skrmetta when he dives into the numbers. That's what he is really good at to prove a point. He's pretty funny too. He just gets long in the tooth on rambling over a topic when it's just chatter though. Guess it's just space fill or whatever.

I used to listen to NOF but between the huge two or three 5 minute ad breaks in a 30 minute video and the sometimes absolute nothing burgers that Nick throws up you really have to pick and choose what videos you watch of his

I like Ross Jackson’s pod

I like Mike but yeah I groan any time he pops in. I think he has better chemistry with Kevin than he does with Nick. You can see Nick get visibly frustrated with Mike some as well. I wouldn’t doubt if Nick brings Armstead over eventually, even if it’s just to work under the NOF brand at first. Either way, I’m kind of over NOF

Same. Sponsor ridden pod for sure. I get it, but damn I'm not driving a Matt Bower car to Loft18 drinking a PJs coffee as I listen to a pod from the Ochsner Sports Institute Studio.
