I’m sure the downvotes will be plentiful, but I’d welcome him in black and gold.

The guy is a leader and is committed to his team.

Carr is a purgatory QB, wins you enough games to keep you from drafting his replacement but isn't going to win you anything of note.

Could be a reunion of sorts. Allen drafted him in his last year w Oak, but they were only together for that offseason and the 4 games

Carr with a good offensive coach like CSP, Shannahan or Pederson would be really good IMHO. Carr with this coaching staff is only a slight improvement over Dalton.

Care gets a bum rap. He was great the year he had a legit OC and the only reason he didn’t perform in the playoffs was that he got knocked out in week 16 with a broken fibula. They were freaking 12-3 going into the final week.

They didn’t retain the OC and Carr began to regress with the musical ça air of OCs and QB coaches.

He’s a talented player, but needs to be in the right situation.

Carr is just a slight improvement over Dalton regardless of staff.

LV gave that man DAVANTE ADAMS and Carr got worse.

I think Carr can be a good QB in the right situation. The Raiders are the Raiders & have been a complete joke ever since they lost that Super Bowl.

Carr might just need a fresh start.

He's not the answer, but I wouldn't hate the idea of bringing him in to compete with Dalton next season depending on what kind of compensation CSP brings.

We’d have to trade assets and pay his salary. No thanks. He’s not that big of an upgrade from what we have.

I agree but none of that changes anything about what I said. Davante Adams was force fed a ton of targets regardless of coverage every game in Green Bay and was unquestionably the best receiver in the league. He went whole halves without seeing targets from Carr. That’s not on anyone but Carr. fricking Jarrett Stidham started twice and figured out pretty easily if he wanted to succeed getting the ball to Adams was paramount. All game, every game.

I feel ya, & I never said you were wrong.

I just view the Raiders as a complete clown show. Carr fricked up this year, but he still has talent.

Trust me. I'm not arguing with you.

I wouldn’t mind this outcome as well

This. Glad the people on this forum don’t have control of the roster

Dude was a broken leg away from winning MVP 4-5 years ago in a terrible organization. He's going to take any good team to the playoffs year 1.

Yea I wouldn't trade for him unless we could unload Thomas and his salary.

He’s only 31. Still fairly young for a qb. And damn good, they need to make a play on him.

That line of thinking is how Carson Wentz keeps getting starting jobs.

I think he’d do really well in a power run/play action type offense like a better Jimmy G.
