Stats are between 10-15th best this year. He’s very solid.

If we had a decent Offensive Coordinator, he could be in the back half of the top 10 statistically.

He’s been solid, I wouldn’t say “good”. I think with a better scheme (and a more consistent running game), he could be very good. He has shown that he can be that good before.
There are definitely aspects of his game that he needs to improve (happy feet in the pocket), but I think that a better scheme and o-line play helps that some as well.

Carr is a good qb when he has great protection and a running game
He isn't a good qb when the pocket breaks down. I don't think I've ever seen a 10 yr vet with happy feet like carr.
