Also from what we been told Granderson has really impressed in camp as well as Turner. I just don’t know who you get rid of on dline to add Barnett. Even Foskey played well last night.

Barnett has played 1,300 more career snaps than Granderson. Basically 3 seasons worth of snaps for a rotational DE

I see a potential depth piece that I dont think would be all that expensive.

The whole reason Barnett wants to leave Philly is because theres too much depth there. It kind of defeats the purpose to go to a place your once again just a depth rotational guy and not a starter.

Agreed.
Granderson is solid and has gotten better each year with more snaps.
I still would've liked to add another vet like Justin Houston but hopefully turner really does step up.
He does look and sound different this year.

disagree on Foskey, i didn't think he looked good at all. Didn't really show much on pass rush moves, took plays off.

I mean he sucked the first two games but he played well against the Texans. I think its pretty universal from everyone he had a good game last night. If you didn’t think he played well last night, I’m really not sure where your expectations are for him

Traded them Sproles, CJGJ for peanuts. Both were key pieces in helping the Eagles get to or win the SB.
Traded them 2 1st rd draft picks (and more) to take Olave/Penning. They got AJ Brown with one of the 1sts and Jalen Carter with the other.

He’s not needed. Time to see what Turner can do. You blew a first round pick on him. It’s swim or sink time. Granderson is fine as a starting de. I think he ends up with 8+ sacks this year.
If anything a speed rushing vet can be added in fa so Fosky can take a redshirt year.
