DA is in bad situation. No cap money to spent. I would trade a 2nd for Ravens back up QB.

Allen can't afford to fail twice? And a franchise QB is the answer to his success? Wow man you really cleared things up.

Passer rating to wentz

So you say Allen can't blow his 2nd chance but you list these QBs as his options? Outside maybe Carr, Allen might be gone in 1.5 years these QBs.

Carson Wentz, Jared Goff, Marcus Mariota. Derek Carr, and Josh Rosen

Nah his last season in San Diego he kept Rivers on the sidelne. they spent a top 5 pick on the guy and wanted him to start accompanied by the fact Brees had a serious shoulder injury in the last game led to them choosing not to resign. There was serious conversations about keeping him in San Diego regardless of Rivers had that injury not occurred.

Yeah, looking back my verbiage was wrong. Should have said he lost his job to Rivers, not beat out. It was all about the shoulder and that is why I thought the Saints made a mistake.

A mistake?

ETA: I never understood why San Diego drafted Rivers and didn't just ride with Brees and spend that pick on another position of need.

He had better stats than josh allen? No

Wentz had better QBR, completion %, and better TD/Int ratio than Allen. Allen had more passing yards and obviously rushing yds but Wentz stats are better or at a minimum comparable...with NO WEAPONS.

I swear it will be 15 years from now on his 20th backup gig and people will still be bringing him up as a young talented QB that might just need a fresh start

It for sure isnt Winston

What in the world makes you so sure Mariota or Rosen might be over Winston? Hell what in the world has Rosen ever done? The guy has been on 5 different teams in the last 4 years

Carr is the only one I'd touch with a 10 ft pole

having the best rush game in the league doesnt hurt, especially when youre talking about efficiency stats

The Bills do have a truly elite WR in Diggs, but their run game was quite possibly the worst in the league, and certainly would be the worst in the league if you exclude the production that came from Allens legs

I mean, theres a reason Josh Allen just signed a huge deal and Wentz is a few weeks away from having a 2 straight team completely give up on him.

Theres just no way you could watch both of their seasons with your own eyeballs and say that Wentz had a better year

too late, he has already done that by not hiring decent coaches and making the needed changes. keeping everything the same and trying to run a team on cruise control is about as stupid as you can get and shows why he was the worst possible choice to be hired as HC.

now some of the assistant coaches seem to be decent hires, only time will tell about those and if they too are told not to make any changes and keep everything the same

now the only question is, who the next HC will be in 3-4 years

He’s a defensive coach and they don’t like high flying offenses. He will probably want a more conservative, more running back oriented. I don’t think he will have the wide open Payton style offense.

And Wentz would've made the playoffs if he didn't shite down his leg against the mighty Jacksonville Jaguars. After the Colts cut him we could bring him in but no one should be happy about it.

Carr is a fringe franchise QB. The rest are trash.

You are a retard. You claimed Winston sucked all offseason last year. You just listed 5 QB’s who are all way worse than Winston. Josh Rosen is a bust that will never be an NFL starter again. Idk if I mentioned this but you are a retard.
