Can Gayle Benson Walk The Walk?

Let’s assume that she does what she says she is going to do holding everyone accountable. If she fires Mickey Loomis and Kellen Moore, she needs to clean out from top to bottom everyone that has been riding the clock collecting a check all these years. Next step, she doesn’t have the football IQ that it would take to hire a new Sr VP, GM, and a coach. If she tried to do it on her own, who does she get to consult with her to make the right decision for this organization? Not Dennis Lausha. He absolutely must go as well.

This is the bottom line. You cant continue to hold the coaches and players accountable without holding the dude doing the hiring and drafting accountable

She could always copy Atlanta and bring Brees in to be the President of Football Operations.

With respect to Allen, Loomis must've been and probably still thinks he is (and may very well be) secure enough in his job to have publicly disagreed with his boss.

Well Lady Benson has done a good job of placing blame on everyone in the organization except the owner ! She is responsible for everyone she’s criticizing, yet she says nothing about that . You lose all credibility with responsible folks who truly want change !

I’d would think that given her near unlimited resources and vast wealth she could hire any number of consulting firms or individuals to produce a short list of candidates and sit on the hirings quite easily.
They can structure the hires in a manner to get the most alignment between candidates for each position.

Gayle allowing a mom and pop structure to run two professional sports franchises IS a problem.
Gayle allowing a modern front office to be implemented and supporting it with whatever it needed in terms of resources with essentially nil meddling could arguably be a huge strength.

The only time she ever shows any interest in either team Is when the fans riot, They should not allow people who have zero business experience and know nothing about sports to own pro sports teams. You gotta have one or the other.

She isn’t going to do anything. She will blow smoke up the fan bases arse only because she’s been hearing the disgruntled fan base for years. She’ll never get rid of Mickey and nothing will change until she is gone and the team is sold.

Loomis will get "promoted" or step down on his own terms. I don't think he's ever getting fired.
