Breaking for a Top 13-16 Pick in 1st Rd NFL Draft ; Saints will win 2 more games.

Nice to see Saints win …..
but I believe we NOW currently have the 10th pick that will move to top 13-16 pick (or higher) if they win 2 more games.
The normal player names we’ve been hearing the last few weeks won’t be available at 13-16.

Would love to see them win. Losing is infectious, losing franchises nearly always pick at the top, winning franchises usually pick at the bottom. Hard to get rid of once losing infects your culture.

15th was the highest before this weekend, and only needed Dal & Balt to win 1 more game to be at 13th at worst.
Minn & KC winning 1 should have them at 11th as the highest possible spot.

We’re currently 8th.
Bengals are behind us and still play the Cards and Browns. Falcons are behind them and they play the Rams and Saints. I honestly think Saints beat Tenn but lose to ATL just because we’re so banged up. Dolphins will probably jump us to 8 since they play the Bucs and Pats and they’re starting Ewers.
I think we finish with the 9th or 10th pick. And even if it’s 11 or 12, I fully expect Love or Lemon will be there and I’d be ecstatic with either

Injuries? It’s been a blessing.
The young guys have stepped up. Staley’s defense is top 5 these past 5 weeks.
Players like Sanker, Riley, Rumph, Stutsman etc. are shining and getting snaps.
And the other young players like Taylor, Breese, Carl and Kool Aid are balling.

We can finish 7-10 and still get a top 10 pick if:
Bengals- win out vs ARI/ CLE
Dal- wins 1 vs WAS/ NYG
Dolphins- win 1 vs TB/ NE (rest starters?)
All the other teams will have a better SOS even with tied records to my knowledge. Vikings and Panthers just locked up picks behind us.

I honestly don't give a shite. I went from not even wanting to turn on the tv to watch them, to getting excited to watch Shough progress every week.
My Saints group chat is more active. My brother and I are talking about which games we want to go to next year. This is way more fun, this is why I love this team. I don't give a flying frick about our draft position. Let it fly Shucky Ducky.

I think MIN/ BAL have a better SOS which means we finish below them by default in a tie. You'd just need CIN/ DAL to finish top 11.
We are #8-#13 and with those 2 teams winning it would be #8-#11 dependent on MIA/ KC to win 1 and ATL to win vs the LAR.

Im surprised how many people have that loser mentality. Had a guy at work yesterday that was livid they won because we dropped in the draft. Although, the same guy proclaimed we were set at OL. And that the only true need was on defence.

Screw tanking for draft picks. Locker room chemistry and building a winning attitude is worth more than a couple of spots in the draft.
