Benson's trust accounts temporarily frozen in TX

I would normally agree with you on this but the truth of the matter is that Tom Benson has been mentally incapacitated for at least 6 months now. Lot of political, religious, and business interests at stake in this mess.

Isn't that standard operating procedure in a case like this? It keeps Tom (or Gayle) from overreacting until the case is resolved.

yes, and given the allegations of the Petition they filed in CDC, it's because he has stopped managing the money and business interests properly.
Apparently, no one reads anything, and simply follows the line of "money grubbing assholes, its his money" and never contemplate that just maybe, he has gotten old and is being controlled by a wife who doesn't know what she is doing and is trying to steal "his" money.
