yeah, author is totally bipartisan.

Yeah, its not a surprise that the author doesnt realize that it's not up to Kap and other players if they mean no disrespect or not. It IS disrespectful to me and apparently many many others.

What a pussy.

He could probably sell some of the tickets for more than face value and then sell the rest at face value. I can't see how this would hold up in court. He agreed to purchase tickets, he did.. And because something happened he didn't like, he wants his money back.

I support free speech (to the degree, if someone is practicing free speech somewhere it is allowed.. In other words, if someone is at work and they do some stupid shite that is against company policy and then they claim it's "frees speech", I don't really support those people. I am just saying). Does that mean I agree with them? No. But if someone says or does something that is considered free speech, I don't let their actions trigger me.

People getting so angry about this situation brings more attention to it. If people would just cool out, only worry about things when it truly has an affect on them and their family, people wouldn't be so stressed and worked up all the time.

Can we sue the president for disrespecting the country on a daily basis?

Look, I don't agree with his approach, but it is simple. If you bought the ticket with intention of not being bombarded with some player protests, then the Saints can simply refund his tickets and sell them to someone who wants to go. Why this needs to even go to court is ridiculous. You claim he should do the work to sell them, but why should he have to? Let them do it.

If the NFL is choosing to allow this type of activity that some fans find offensive while not permitting things another set of fans might find offensive, then they can simply sell to another person.

The suit is silly, but understandable.

I don't get the kneeling but the outrage is just as stupid.

People say conservatives are thick skinned but they are just as easily offended as the liberal pussies.

Everyone should stop being such sensitive bitches.

The players kneel. Who gives a frick? They're idiots and so are the rednecks crying about it.

That would be great if both sides stopped, but even though I am liberal, my fellow liberals won't stop bitching about everything. In turn, if they do it, they have no right to bitch about a conservative doing it.

If the NFL is going to inconsistently restrict free speech by players, coaches, etc while allowing others to do what they want, they will continue to lose fans/viewers.

They have a simple solution. You don't like how we are handling it? We'll refund your remaining tickets at cost and sell them to someone who wants to go and is fine or doesn't care about that.

Again, this is the double edge sword that comes in today's political and SJW climate. If they are going to push back on being offended by anything (i.e. things like safe spaces), then this is what is going to happen when the other side reacts. You can't have it both ways. Stupid people on both sides will get offended by something.

It bothers me more because most of the players don't even know what they hell they are kneeling for and some are doing it based on false narratives, but I will still follow the team and watch them when a game is on locally.

In the end, it is what it is, and the Saints can stop this stupidity by just refunding him and selling his tickets at a mark up to someone else, especially now that they are a legit playoff contender this season.

frick that.
1. He's straight up lying about Saints players demonstrating before the Pats game
2. Most importantly, anybody who wants some free money will say they were offended and ask for a refund now that the season is ending.
