I would have never thought this to be true but it is- He’s #3 in the league in points per possession behind Mahomes and Josh Allen
His production is indisputable.
Not saying he’s the long term answer but he’s producing for us now so let’s roll with him

He made some fantastic throws today. Id love to see more production from him inside the red zone but Dalton has shown he can lead the team down the field.
If we have to turn it over to Taysom inside the red zone then so be it.

Dalton is very capable and a game manager. He needs to play inside himself which he did today. I’d venture to say 80% of his passes were inside 7 yards. He’s not going to win you the game like Allen and Mahomes.

Dalton, outside of the second pick 6 last week, has been great and honestly should be the starter going forward, which seems to be the case.
He's played more than good enough to win games, but the defense hasn't played like they did today. I love jameis, I was ecstatic when we signed Andy, I like the saints, I like winning, I'm very pleased with the team that showed up today.
Whatever that energy was, I love it. Andy was great, Kamara was lowering his shoulder into guys, the defense was mean, especially an undermanned secondary. This division is wide open, and I think this team just woke up.
