This is a loser mentality. The team did not have a team win. This wasn’t “perseverance”. New York simply ran out of time. That’s the only reason they lost the game.

There’s a mindset issue on this team. And it starts with the coaches.

I couldn't imagine bitching as much as you have after a win. Get a life, loser.

What is he supposed to say? We all know what happened and I’m sure they do too. I don’t think him saying that is loser mentality territory.

I don’t know, maybe acknowledge the obvious. That the performance and the final nine minutes of the game was totally unacceptable on all sides of the ball? I mean, do you really think that teams that win championships pat themselves in the back when they do everything that they can to possibly lose, but somehow Dont?

He said they need to play a complete game and need to learn to finish. He’s saying QB speak after a win.

There’s a lot wrong with this organization and this team. Shough is not one of them!

Saying it and meaning are 2 different things. I doubt he's not going back and analyzing each mistake made and reliving that game in his mind. This isn't Jamarcus Russell we're talking about

There is what to say in public and what to say in private. I’m not sure publicly throwing your teammates under the bus after a win is the smartest thing to do. Everybody saw and knows what happened.

In an elimination game, I would agree. Week 6 vs Giants scraping by after a 24 pt lead, sheesh, it matters

There's also a faggotry mindset with the fans, and it starts with you.

I like Moore, the man. I do not like Moore, the coach. Had the Saints lost and I was the team owner, I would have met with him in the hotel after the game and fired him. Why would you pull any offensive starters after they had just played a good game? We were 1-4. Extremely poor clock management after the Giants got within 15 nearly cost us the game. He is too laid back and talks to the media with shop worn cliches. I do not blame him for all of the team's woes, most of the blame for lack of talent rests with the GM.

A three game losing streak. Then on the road. The only lasting thing that matters is if the players and the staff don't learn from it.

I can show you a hundred of the best coaches all saying the same thing. A win on the road no matter how or why is whats important.

Actually, they ran out of downs. You get 4 downs to get 10 yards. They didn't get those 10 yards. Getting the W is all that matters. Especially when you are 1-4.

We know they have problems and the coaches have sucked, but they also had to deal with some shite calls again and built a big lead. So credit there.

Well, we did win though. I prefer that over losing.
