I remember a year or two ago he won player of the week(or month, maybe), the whole was ready to congratulate him, but couldn't, because he was late for the plane. So they had to sit on the plane waiting for him.

It's pathetic that he's still this immature and they let him get away with it for so long. This starts with Griff and the organization. They never enforced accountability on him and babied him for years. Now It completely make sense why they never wanted to make him the face of the franchise.
